Democratic Party MP Luçiano Boçi said on the program “NOW with Erla Mëhillin” that the opposition must determine how to continue its political confrontation with the government.

According to him, the opposition’s political activity must be combined with the citizens’ protest, while the confrontation must also extend to other forms of political and institutional action.

Boçi said that the failure of institutions to function, despite the opposition’s engagement, demonstrates the complete degradation of the institutions of the Albanian state. He stressed that the opposition has both a civic and a political character and is now involved in the protest through its support and resources.

The Democratic MP emphasized that the citizens’ causes cannot be appropriated by the opposition, since it is the citizens themselves who are protesting. According to him, the opposition’s task is to unite its political movement with the civic movement, while strong political steps must be taken in Parliament and in the institutions.

He mentioned sit-ins, hunger strikes and the blocking of institutions as possible forms of action, stressing that these measures can be carried out only through coordination with the citizens’ protest. Boçi said that the Democratic Party is part of the protest “with heart, with people, with communication” and that the actions being taken by protesters today were also used earlier by the Democratic Party, but were condemned at that time.

The MP listed the opposition’s objectives as bringing down the government, holding free and fair elections, and establishing a technical government. He added that Edi Rama does not accept this position, while the protesters have found a way to respond to him and withdraw their support.

Sipas tij, veprimtaria politike e opozitës duhet të ndërthuret me protestën qytetare, ndërsa përballja duhet të shtrihet edhe në forma të tjera të aksionit politik dhe institucional.

Boçi u shpreh se mosfunksionimi i institucioneve, pavarësisht angazhimit të opozitës, tregon një degradim të plotë të institucioneve të shtetit shqiptar. Ai theksoi se opozita ka njëkohësisht karakter qytetar dhe politik dhe se tashmë është e përfshirë në protestë përmes mbështetjes dhe burimeve të saj.

Deputeti demokrat nënvizoi se kauzat e qytetarëve nuk mund të përvetësohen nga opozita, pasi në protestë janë vetë qytetarët. Sipas tij, detyra e opozitës është të bashkojë lëvizjen e saj politike me atë qytetare, ndërsa në Parlament dhe në institucione duhet të ndërmerren hapa të fortë politikë.

Ai përmendi si forma të mundshme ngujimin, grevën e urisë dhe bllokimin e institucioneve, duke theksuar se këto veprime mund të realizohen vetëm përmes bashkërendimit me protestën qytetare. Boçi tha se Partia Demokratike është pjesë e protestës “me zemër, me njerëz, me komunikime” dhe se veprimet që po ndërmerren sot nga protestuesit janë përdorur edhe më herët nga PD-ja, por në atë kohë janë dënuar.

Deputeti renditi si objektiva të opozitës rrëzimin e qeverisë, zhvillimin e zgjedhjeve të lira dhe të ndershme, si dhe krijimin e një qeverie teknike. Ai shtoi se Edi Rama nuk e pranon këtë qëndrim, ndërsa protestuesit kanë gjetur mënyrën për t’iu përgjigjur dhe për t’i hequr mbështetjen.

Rama shpall katër universitete të reja, ndërsa Shkodrën dhe Universitetin “Luigj Gurakuqi” i lë jashtë vëmendjes. Ky anashkalim mban vulën e hakmarrjes politike ndaj një qyteti që nuk i është nënshtruar.

Për Ramën, edhe dija duhet të kalojë provën e besnikërisë ndaj pushtetit. Investimet kthehen në favore, ndërsa përjashtimi në ndëshkim.

Shkodra, që i ka dhënë Shqipërisë arsim, kulturë dhe mendim të lirë, nuk ka nevojë për lejen e Ramës që të ketë të ardhme, sepse ia ka dalë gjithmonë stuhive dhe sfidave të historisë, falë qytetarisë së saj.

Paratë publike nuk janë pronë e tij. Universiteti i Shkodrës nuk është peng i inateve dhe paranojave halucinante nokturne të një kryeministri të marrë fund.

Shkodra do dijë t’ia japë përgjigjen këtij poturexhiu antiintelktual!
