Alban Maliqi ranked second in this selection process with a total of 73.8 points, of which 29 points came from the written test and 44.8 points from the interview.

Ministria e Digjitalizimit dhe Administratës Publike njoftoi se Dalipi u rendit i pari mes kandidatëve në konkursin për këtë pozitë. Sipas të dhënave të publikuara, ai grumbulloi 80.6 pikë në total, nga të cilat 24 pikë në testin me shkrim dhe 56.6 pikë në intervistë.

Në vendin e dytë në këtë proces përzgjedhës u radhit Alban Maliqi me 73.8 pikë gjithsej, prej të cilave 29 pikë nga testi me shkrim dhe 44.8 pikë në intervistë.

Për ankesat eventuale është paraparë një afat prej 30 ditësh në Këshillin e Pavarur Mbikëqyrës për Shërbimin Civil të Kosovës.

Dalipi e mbajti postin e shefit të kabinetit të kryeministrit për rreth pesë vjet. Më 26 shkurt 2026, ai vetë kishte bërë të ditur në Facebook se nuk do ta ushtronte më këtë funksion.
