The tense situation in Roskovec, Fier, continues as Refit Buzi has refused to surrender to police after several hours of negotiations.

According to preliminary information, Buzi has entered his vehicle and continues to resist, while police officers are trying to persuade him.

Special forces RENEA have been deployed at the scene and have been on the ground for several hours.

Officers equipped with sniper rifles have taken positions in the area, while the perimeter has been cordoned off by security forces.

The incident started in the early hours of the morning when Buzi raided his ex-partner’s house, shot dead her ex-father-in-law, wounded the 24-year-old’s mother, and held the latter hostage for several hours.
