In a Facebook post, Gashi said that the LDK represents ideals, history and responsibility towards Kosovo.

According to him, the request to convene the LDK Assembly and open the issue of a confidence vote constitutes the implementation of internal democracy and political responsibility.

He said that, after three electoral processes, the message from voters is clear: the LDK needs reflection, decision-making and a vision to restore its role as a leading force in Kosovo.

Gashi stressed that this is not a battle against an individual, but a demand for a higher political standard, accountability and a stronger LDK.

According to him, the Assembly is the institution where democracy makes decisions, and it is there that the LDK’s direction should be determined, with courage, responsibility and vision.

“For an LDK that unites, leads and wins again,” he concluded.
