Kërçeli also criticized the Municipality of Prishtina, saying that millions of euros are being spent there to subsidize a public company that is facing financial problems and delays in salary payments.

“It is interesting how some fellow deputies are dealing with a project of the mayor of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, and his team.

This is about a project that the capital of Anamorava should have had much earlier: the city boulevard and the new municipal building, an investment worth 18 million euros.

And, believe it or not, the mayor of Gjilan is being accused not of corruption or abuse of official duty, but of issues related to the procedures and construction permits for the boulevard. This, in a way, also shows the new standard of governance established in Gjilan by Vetëvendosje!

Meanwhile, almost no word is being heard about the millions of euros passing through the Municipality of Prishtina, where the political party of those who are now raising accusations is in power.

In fact, sessions are being called to subsidize a public enterprise with millions of euros, so that it can be protected from bailiffs. This is happening for projects used by a limited number of citizens of the capital, as well as to cover the rent costs of this enterprise’s premises.

A company that has been brought to such a state that even workers’ salaries have to be covered through municipal subsidies, and even then with major delays.”

Ai tha se akuzat ndaj Hysenit nuk kanë të bëjnë me korrupsionin apo keqpërdorimin e detyrës zyrtare, por me procedurat dhe lejet e ndërtimit. Sipas Kërçelit, kjo pasqyron standardin e ri të qeverisjes që, siç u shpreh ai, është vendosur në Gjilan.

Kërçeli ka drejtuar kritika edhe ndaj Komunës së Prishtinës, duke thënë se aty po kalojnë miliona euro për subvencionimin e një ndërmarrjeje publike që po përballet me probleme financiare dhe me vonesa në ekzekutimin e pagave.

“Është interesante se si disa kolegë deputetë po merren me një projekt të kryetarit të Gjilanit, Alban Hyseni, dhe ekipit të tij.

Fjala është për një projekt që kryeqendra e Anamoravës do të duhej ta kishte pasur shumë më herët: bulevardi i qytetit dhe objekti i ri i Komunës, një investim me vlerë prej 18 milionë eurosh.

Dhe, merreni me mend, kryetari i Gjilanit po akuzohet jo për korrupsion apo keqpërdorim të detyrës zyrtare, por për çështje që lidhen me procedurat dhe lejet e ndërtimit të bulevardit. Kjo, në njëfarë mënyre, tregon edhe standardin e ri të qeverisjes që është vendosur në Gjilan nga Lëvizja Vetëvendosje!

Ndërkohë, nuk dëgjohet pothuajse asnjë fjalë për milionat e eurove që po kalojnë nga Komuna e Prishtinës, aty ku qeveris subjekti politik i atyre që sot po ngritin akuza.

Madje, po thirren seanca për subvencionimin me miliona euro të një ndërmarrjeje publike, që të tërhiqen nga përmbaruesit. Kjo po ndodh për projekte që përdoren nga një numër i kufizuar qytetarësh të kryeqytetit, si dhe për mbulimin e kostove të qirasë së objekteve të kësaj ndërmarrjeje.

Një ndërmarrje që është sjellë në një gjendje të tillë sa që edhe pagat e punëtorëve duhet të mbulohen edhe me shumë vonesa përmes subvencioneve nga komuna.”
