A fire has broken out in the Kagjinas area of Ersekë, also affecting a tract of land. The flames are suspected to have started near the village cemetery before spreading to the surrounding area.

Immediately after the alert was raised, two firefighting vehicles were sent to the scene. Operational forces are working to bring the fire under control and extinguish it, as well as prevent it from spreading further.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, while crews on the ground continue to monitor the situation.
