Nine people were injured in a traffic accident involving two vehicles in the village of Korenica, Gjakova.

Gjakova Hospital has released details about the condition of those injured.

At around 14:00, the Hospital’s Emergency Department admitted the 9 patients injured in the traffic accident.

Following their arrival, the patients immediately underwent the necessary examinations and received essential medical care. This included X-ray and CT imaging, laboratory tests, and consultations with the relevant specialists.

According to the Hospital, all the patients are in stable condition.

After the examinations and treatment were completed, 5 patients were admitted for hospital treatment.

Meanwhile, the other 4 patients were discharged to continue their treatment at home after receiving the necessary medical care.

Each patient was provided with appropriate medical treatment in accordance with their clinical condition.

The Hospital called on all road users to comply with traffic rules and drive carefully. Observing these rules is considered the best way to protect their lives and health, those of their families, and those of all citizens.

Seven people were injured in an accident on the Ibrahim Rugova highway, heading toward the border with Albania.

According to the Kosovo Police, three vehicles were involved in the accident, while the injured received medical assistance.

Kosovo Police spokesperson Bajram Krasniqi said that two other separate accidents occurred on the same highway, about 500 meters apart.

Police and emergency teams arrived at the scene, provided first aid, and transported the injured for medical treatment.

The worker who suffered severe injuries when a crane collapsed at a construction site on Rruga A in Pristina is in stable condition and is being treated at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.

Naser Syla, head of the Emergency Center, announced that the injured person sustained serious bodily harm, but his health situation has now stabilized.

Meanwhile, another worker who was also transported to the emergency room after the accident has died, despite doctors’ efforts to keep him alive.

This morning, a road accident was recorded on the Rrogozhinë-Lushnje road, near the place called the Cerma roundabout.

The collision caused serious injury to the driver of an agricultural vehicle.

The Raka family faced a tragedy this morning after their 24-year-old daughter, Rea, lost her life in a single-vehicle accident in Komoran. The incident occurred in the morning as the family was returning from Tirana Airport.

Three other family members were also seriously injured in the accident and were transported for treatment to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.

Klan has learned that among the members of the Zejnullahu family, the 36-year-old has been sent to the Vascular Surgery Clinic, while the 32-year-old is staying in the Central Intensive Care Unit. The latter underwent surgery yesterday after sustaining head injuries during the conflict.

Agim Xhemajli is also under treatment at QKUK, having been transferred to Thoracic Surgery for further medical care.
