Due to the high temperatures, a temporary measure banning the circulation of vehicles transporting goods with a total weight of more than 20 tons will remain in force today as well.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the restriction on highways will apply from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as temperatures are expected to reach 32°C or higher.

Meanwhile, vehicles may travel without restrictions on national, regional and connecting roads.

The measure does not apply to vehicles belonging to healthcare institutions, emergency services and the authorities responsible for public order and safety.

In its statement, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport called on operators and vehicle drivers to comply with the restriction and organize their travel according to the designated schedule.
