The hearing for Ergys Agasi, which had just begun at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) regarding the security measure, has been suspended for two hours.

The suspension came after Agasi’s lawyer, Maks Haxhia, requested time to review the materials and evidence in the investigative file submitted by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).

After considering the request, the court decided to suspend the proceedings for two hours.

The hearing at the GJKKO is expected to resume after this period to hear the parties’ arguments and issue a decision on the security measure.
