He described this issue as a “long-fabricated topic by his political opponents,” stressing that he does not succumb to pressure and asked the prosecution to investigate the case to the end.

“This is a case fabricated long ago by my political rivals, who have implicated me in the expropriations in Shipitullë. I am extremely pleased that the Prosecution has started to address this case and I call on them to see it through to the end,” Thaçi told reporters after his testimony session.

The mayor also added that he aims to bring back to attention the problems of the residents of Shipitullë and Hade, who he said have been neglected.

Kryetari i Obiliqit, Halil Thaçi, ka deklaruar se është thirrur nga Prokuroria Speciale për të dëshmuar në lidhje me rastin e shpronësimeve në Shipitullë.

Ai e cilësoi këtë çështje si një “temë të sajuar prej kohësh nga kundërshtarët e tij politikë”, duke nënvizuar se nuk i nënshtrohet presioneve dhe i kërkoi organit të akuzës që ta hetojë rastin deri në përfundim.

“Kjo është një çështje e montuar që moti nga rivalët e mi politikë, të cilët më kanë implikuar në shpronësimet në Shipitullë. Jam tejet i kënaqur që Prokuroria ka nisur ta trajtojë këtë rast dhe i bëj thirrje që ta çojë deri në fund”, u shpreh Thaçi para gazetarëve pas përfundimit të seancës së tij dëshmuese.

Kreu i komunës shtoi gjithashtu se synon të rikthejë në vëmendje problemin e banorëve të Shipitullës dhe Hadës, për të cilët tha se janë lënë pas dore.

Në kuadër të hetimeve për shpronësimet në fshatin Shipitullë, Prokuroria Speciale e Kosovës ka marrë në pyetje kryetarin e Obiliqit, Halil Thaçi. Ai është thirrur për të dhënë llogari në cilësinë e të pandehurit.

According to him, the project carries great importance for the municipality’s citizens, while he clarified that the construction now getting underway is only the first phase in the development of this center and that other stages will follow later.

Thaçi: I have a special emotion today

“I have a special emotion today. Today we are laying the foundation stone for the MFC, a facility that is very important for our citizens. This is the first phase and we will continue with the other phases, therefore today I have the honor of laying this foundation stone together with the prime minister and the Ministry of Health,” Thaçi said.

During the presentation of the project, acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti spoke about the importance of this investment and the projected deadline for its completion.

Kurti: The project will be completed within two years

“We just saw the project, which shows us how modern the main family medicine center here in Kastriot will be. We also learned that the total area will be 2,250 square meters, while the works, from today when we are laying the foundation stone, will be completed no later than within two years, so early spring of 2028 is the final deadline by which the implementation of the main family medicine center in Kastriot will be completed. Faster than that is possible, any longer is not, and we thank the economic operator who will work with increased intensity so that everything is done as quickly as possible, since for far too long, for nearly three decades, the municipality of Obiliq in post-war Kosovo has been waiting for such a facility, which will consist of modern infrastructure as well as medical technology equipment that will complement it.” Kurti said.

Në ceremoninë e vendosjes së gurthemelit të Qendrës së re kryesore të mjekësisë familjare në Obiliq, kryetari i komunës, Halil Thaçi, tha se ky investim pritet të ndikojë ndjeshëm në përmirësimin e shërbimeve shëndetësore për banorët.

Sipas tij, ky projekt ka peshë të madhe për qytetarët e komunës, ndërsa sqaroi se ndërtimi që po nis tani është vetëm faza e parë e zhvillimit të kësaj qendre dhe se më pas do të pasojnë edhe etapa të tjera.

Thaçi: Kam një emocion të veçantë sot

“E kam një emocion të veçantë për sot. Sot po e fillojmë gurthemelin e QKM-së, objekt që është shumë i rëndësishëm për qytetarët tanë. Është faza e parë dhe do të vazhdojmë edhe fazat e tjera, prandaj sot kam nderin që këtë gurthemeli ta vendosim së bashku me kryeministrin dhe Ministrinë e Shëndetësisë”, u shpreh Thaçi.

Gjatë prezantimit të projektit, kryeministri në detyrë, Albin Kurti, foli për rëndësinë e këtij investimi dhe afatin e paraparë për përfundimin e tij.

Kurti: Projekti do të përfundojë brenda dy vjetësh

“Porsa pamë projektin, i cili na dëshmon se sa moderne do të jetë Qendra kryesore e mjekësisë familjare këtu në Kastriot. Mësuam edhe që sipërfaqja e gjithmbarshme do të jetë dy mijë e dyqind e pesëdhjetë metra katror, ndërsa punimet nga dita e sotme kur po e vendosim gurthemelin do të përfundojnë jo më larg se brenda dy viteve, pra në fillimverën e vitit 2028 është afati i fundit kur do të jetë e përmbyllur realizimi i qendrës kryesore të mjekësisë familjare në Kastriot. Më shpejt se kaq – bën, më shumë nuk bën, dhe e falënderojmë operatorin ekonomik që do të punojë me dinamikë të shtuar në mënyrë që gjithçka të bëhet sa më shpejt, meqenëse tepër gjatë, për gati tri dekada, komuna e Obiliqit në Kosovën e pasluftës e ka pritur një objekt të tillë, i cili do të përbëhet edhe prej infrastrukturës moderne, por edhe prej pajisjeve të teknologjisë mjekësore që do të plotësojnë.” u shpreh Kurti.
