Prime Minister Edi Rama shared a video today with updates from the political leaders of the Socialist Party, who reported on the meetings held with residents as part of the “Faithful Presence” initiative.

Belinda Balluku announced that during these sessions, 262 complaints were addressed, 14 hearings were organized, and around 300 citizens were received.

In the Lezha area, three meetings were held where 34 concerns were recorded, mainly related to ASHK issues, reconstruction, and infrastructure. Meanwhile, in Kukës, Tropoja, and Has, a total of 33 requests were collected.

Ulsi Manja brought a significant reaction from one of the participants: “I believe that what you are going to write down, my trouble, will reach Edi Rama’s desk.”

Another issue raised was that of legalizations. Enea Karakaçi announced that concerns were also raised about homes built before 1991, and for this reason, a meeting was held with the head of the Cadastre.

The digitization of procedures was also in the spotlight. Blendi Klosi suggested that Artificial Intelligence could be used to identify responsible institutions and prepare notifications based on legal references.

Bledi Çuçi informed that MPs have been given a standardized form for registering complaints, while Arbjan Mazniku emphasized the importance of real-time tracking of institutional responses.

In conclusion, Prime Minister Rama stressed that citizens do not participate in these meetings to be exposed on screens or social media. “People do not come there to appear on television or on Instagram… this will give everyone the opportunity to feel at ease when they come to pour out a trouble,” he said.
