In the early hours of the morning, an explosion occurred in the Bathore area of Kamëz, where a small amount of suspected explosive material was placed at the gate of a residence.

The incident was recorded around 03:35 on “Rozafa” street, and the residence is owned by citizen Mariglen Lala, around 36 years old.

As a result of the explosion, only material damage was caused, and no injuries are reported.

The investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, as well as to identify and apprehend the perpetrator or perpetrators.

Two explosions involving explosive material rocked Durrës in the early hours of the morning. At around 3:50 a.m., another TNT explosion was reported at a bar in the public garden area.

Another explosion occurred at a repair shop in Shkallnur, alarming local residents and causing extensive material damage to the business.

Police statement:

Durrës/Preliminary information: At around 3:50 a.m., in Neighborhood No. 11, Durrës, a small quantity of explosive material was thrown at the exterior door of a bar owned by citizen G. K. As a result, only minor material damage was caused.

Also, at around 4:30 a.m., in the Shkallnur area, along the Plepa–Ndroq road, a quantity of explosive material was thrown at the door of a vehicle garage, causing only material damage.

Investigation teams, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, are continuing their work to collect and secure evidence, fully clarify the circumstances, and identify and apprehend the perpetrator or perpetrators.
