According to preliminary information, the perpetrator shot the ex-father-in-law dead under circumstances that have not yet been fully clarified.

After the crime, he forcibly took his ex-wife, causing alarm among family members and authorities.

Numerous police forces have arrived at the scene and have surrounded the location where the perpetrator is, while work is underway to resolve the situation and fully clarify the incident.
