Enver Hoxhaj of the PDK said that LVV must nominate a candidate for speaker of parliament so that the Assembly can be constituted, although he described the session as unconstitutional.

“We call on Kurti to nominate his candidate for speaker of parliament so that the Assembly can be constituted,” he said. Hoxhaj stressed that constituting the Assembly is unrelated to forming the government or electing the president.

He called today’s meeting a “session of shame” and accused Kurti of “usurping” power and “suspending all democratic institutions.”

According to Hoxhaj, the entire situation is aimed at sending the country back to elections.

Enver Hoxhaj i PDK-së deklaroi se LVV-ja duhet ta paraqesë kandidaturën për kryeparlamentar, në mënyrë që Kuvendi të konstituohet, megjithëse seancën e cilësoi antikushtetuese.

“E ftojmë Kurtin që ta propozojë kandidatin e tij për kryeparlamentar, të konstituohet Kuvendi”, u shpreh ai. Hoxhaj theksoi se konstituimi i Kuvendit nuk lidhet me formimin e Qeverisë dhe as me zgjedhjen e presidentit.

Ai e quajti mbledhjen e sotme “seancë të turpit”, ndërsa e akuzoi Kurtin për “uzurpim” të pushtetit dhe për “suspendim të të gjitha institucioneve demokratike”.

Sipas Hoxhajt, e gjithë kjo situatë synon që vendi të dërgohet përsëri në zgjedhje.

Enver Hoxhaj, a PDK MP, said that his political party supports parliamentarianism and will not withdraw from the work of the Assembly.

“We will express our position during the session. This is an unconstitutional and undemocratic session that violates every procedural principle governing how the Assembly should be constituted,” he said.

Hoxhaj claimed that after every electoral process, LVV leader Albin Kurti “is overturning the constitutional order” with the aim of bringing the opposition under control.

Before the session began, the PDK MP described the situation as “an anarchic situation, outside the constitutional order.”

Enver Hoxhaj, former leader of the PDK, announced that he met former President Hashim Thaçi and former PDK leader Kadri Veseli during a visit to The Hague.

In a Facebook post, Hoxhaj said he found Thaçi and Veseli strong, dignified and unwavering in their belief in the truth.

“Today, I visited my friends Hashim Thaçi and Kadri Veseli in The Hague. I found them strong, dignified and with unwavering faith in the truth,” he said.

Hoxhaj said the wait had been long, but added that the end of what he described as an injustice was approaching.

“Some waits last a long time. Some days are counted one by one. But there are also moments when you feel that the end of this injustice is approaching,” Hoxhaj wrote.

Referring to the approach of September, the month when the verdict in the case against the former KLA leaders is expected to be announced, he expressed hope that they would return to Kosovo.

“September is drawing ever closer. Together with them, we await the day when they will return to Kosovo, where they belong,” Hoxhaj concluded.

Enver Hoxhaj, ish-kryetar i PDK-së, njoftoi se gjatë një vizite në Hagë është takuar me ish-presidentin Hashim Thaçi dhe ish-kryetarin e PDK-së, Kadri Veseli.

Në një postim në Facebook, Hoxhaj tha se i kishte gjetur Thaçin dhe Veselin të fortë, dinjitozë dhe të palëkundur në besimin e tyre te e vërteta.

“Sot i vizitova miqtë e mi, Hashim Thaçin dhe Kadri Veselin në Hagë. I gjeta të fortë, me dinjitet dhe me besim të palëkundur në të vërtetën”, ka theksuar ai.

Hoxhaj u shpreh se pritja ka zgjatur shumë, por shtoi se po afrohet fundi i asaj që ai e cilësoi si padrejtësi.

“Ka pritje që zgjasin shumë. Ka ditë që numërohen një nga një. Por ka edhe momente kur e ndjen se fundi i kësaj padrejtësie po afrohet”, ka shkruar Hoxhaj.

Duke përmendur afrimin e shtatorit, muaj në të cilin pritet të shpallet aktgjykimi në çështjen ndaj ish-krerëve të UÇK-së, ai shprehu pritjen për kthimin e tyre në Kosovë.

“Shtatori është gjithnjë e më afër. Bashkë me ta, e presim ditën kur do të kthehen në Kosovë, aty ku e kanë vendin”, ka përfunduar Hoxhaj.

According to him, Kosovo is facing isolation at a time when strategic allies, as he sees it, are expanding their cooperative relations with Serbia.

“Failures that are bringing serious consequences for Kosovo are no longer news. They have become a model of governance,” Hoxhaj wrote.

He highlighted the loss of the Strategic Dialogue with the United States, contrasting it with the launch of a similar dialogue between Serbia and the US. For Hoxhaj, this represents “a step backwards with serious consequences for Kosovo’s national interest.”

Hoxhaj warned that these developments could be reflected in the country’s security, economy, foreign investment, energy sector and path towards Euro-Atlantic integration.

He called for the restoration of trust in relations with the United States and the re-establishment of the Strategic Dialogue, which he described as a national priority for Kosovo.

“Kosovo cannot afford the luxury of isolation. We built our freedom and independence in partnership with the US and our Western allies,” Hoxhaj stated.

Enver Hoxhaj, ish-ministër i Punëve të Jashtme të Kosovës, ka drejtuar kritika ndaj politikave të Qeverisë Kurti, për të cilat thotë se kanë dëmtuar pozitën ndërkombëtare të vendit.

Sipas tij, Kosova gjendet përballë izolimit, në një kohë kur aleatët strategjikë, siç vlerëson ai, po i zgjerojnë marrëdhëniet e bashkëpunimit me Serbinë.

“Dështimet që po sjellin pasoja serioze për Kosovën nuk janë më lajme të reja. Ato janë bërë një model qeverisjeje”, ka shkruar Hoxhaj.

Ai ka veçuar humbjen e Dialogut Strategjik me Shtetet e Bashkuara, duke e vënë këtë përballë fillimit të një dialogu të ngjashëm ndërmjet Serbisë dhe SHBA-së. Për Hoxhajn, kjo përbën “një hap prapa me pasoja serioze për interesin shtetëror të Kosovës”.

Hoxhaj ka paralajmëruar se këto zhvillime mund të reflektohen në sigurinë e vendit, ekonominë, investimet e huaja, energjinë si dhe në rrugën e integrimit euroatlantik.

Ai ka kërkuar rikthimin e besimit në raportet me Shtetet e Bashkuara dhe rivendosjen e Dialogut Strategjik, të cilin e ka konsideruar prioritet kombëtar për Kosovën.

“Kosova nuk mund ta lejojë luksin e izolimit. Ne kemi ndërtuar lirinë dhe pavarësinë në partneritet me SHBA-në dhe aleatët tanë perëndimorë”, ka deklaruar Hoxhaj.

In a reaction published on Facebook, Hoxhaj said that the day’s developments in the region should be seen as an alarm signal for Kosovo’s institutions.

He congratulated Albania on its progress in EU accession negotiations, as well as Montenegro on closing two new negotiating chapters. “Today, while Albania and Montenegro are moving closer to the European Union every day, Kosovo risks remaining last in the region on the path towards membership,” Hoxhaj wrote.

Referring to Kosovo’s situation, he said that the country has lost ground compared with the European opportunity it had several years ago.

“Until seven years ago, our country had a far more credible European perspective and enjoyed greater support from our partners. Meanwhile, for 3 years Kosovo has been waiting for someone to review its candidate country status, but it has remained in the drawers of the European Union and nobody is dealing with it,” the PDK MP wrote.

In conclusion, Hoxhaj called for European integration to be returned to the centre of Kosovo’s foreign policy. “Kosovo deserves to restore its place on the European agenda and move forward with credibility and vision,” he concluded.

Deputeti i PDK-së, ish-zëvendëskryeministër dhe ish-ministër i Punëve të Jashtme, Enver Hoxhaj, ka shprehur shqetësimin se Kosova mund të përfundojë si vendi i fundit i rajonit në procesin e afrimit me Bashkimin Evropian. Sipas tij, Shqipëria dhe Mali i Zi po ecin përpara drejt anëtarësimit në BE.

Në një reagim të publikuar në Facebook, Hoxhaj tha se zhvillimet e ditës në rajon duhet të shihen si një sinjal alarmues për institucionet e Kosovës.

Ai përgëzoi Shqipërinë për përparimin në negociatat për anëtarësim në BE, si edhe Malin e Zi për përmbylljen e dy kapitujve të rinj negociues. “Sot, ndërsa Shqipëria dhe Mali i Zi po afrohen çdo ditë e më shumë me Bashkimin Evropian, Kosova rrezikon të mbetet e fundit në rajon në rrugën drejt anëtarësimit”, ka shkruar Hoxhaj.

Duke iu referuar situatës së Kosovës, ai vlerësoi se vendi ka humbur pozicion në raport me mundësinë evropiane që e kishte disa vite më herët.

“Deri para shtatë vitesh, vendi ynë kishte një perspektivë shumë më të besueshme evropiane dhe gëzonte një mbështetje më të madhe nga partnerët tanë. Ndërkaq, qe 3 vjet Kosova pret që statusin e vendit kandidat ta shqyrtojë dikush, por ai ka mbetur në sirtarët e Bashkimit Evropian dhe askush nuk po merret me të”, ka shkruar deputeti i PDK-së.

Në përmbyllje, Hoxhaj kërkoi që integrimi evropian të rikthehet në qendër të politikës së jashtme të Kosovës. “Kosova meriton ta rikthejë vendin e saj në agjendën evropiane dhe të ecë përpara me besueshmëri e vizion”, ka përfunduar ai.
