The citizens’ protest against the government enters its 106th day today, as citizens continue to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

This Sunday, Albanians from the diaspora are also expected to join the protest. They have traveled from various European countries to take part in the gathering in Tirana and express their support for the movement.

According to the protesters’ organizers, the participation of the diaspora gives the citizens’ movement a new dimension and momentum. They have declared that the protest and the stand-off will continue until their political demands are met.

The protests, which began 106 days ago, continue to focus on political demands and opposition to the government.
