Por, nga verifikimi i bërë i aktiviteteve tregtare, ky nuk është i vetmi biznes që Doçi zotëron. Ai gjithashtu është pronar i kompanisë “Eldemar Construction”, e cila para një viti ka marrë leje ndërtimi për të ndërtuar një hotel 10 katësh në qytetin e Durrësit.

Siç mëson Albeu.com, kompania që zotëron hotelin quhet “Rock of Kavaja” Shpk me NIPT: M41922504K, ndërkohë që sipas regjistrit tê QKB, kompania “Eldemar Construction” nuk është pronari i vetëm i hotelit. Sipas dokumenteve zyrtare të QKB (shih foto më poshtë), kompania “CFO PHARMA” e Nadir Çaushollit, objekti i së cilës i shënjestër e një sulmi me armë zjarri me 19 Mars të këtij viti, është aksionere me 60% të aksioneve në këtë aktivitet, ndërkohë që kompania e Elvis Doçit posedon 40% të aksioneve.

Leja e dhënë për hotelin e përbashkët të Elvis Doçit dhe Nadir Çaushollit është firmosur nga Këshilli Kombëtar i Territorit e cila drejtohet nga kryeministri, Edi Rama, ndërkohë nga një kontroll i dokumentave publike të “Eldemar Construction” në pronësi të Ervis Doçit në QKB, shihet se edhe administratorët e kësaj kompanie janë emra që janë përfshirë në trafikun e lëndëve nakotike dhe të arrestuar nga autoritetet italiane.

Në 2010-ën, Doçi ka caktuar si përfaqësues të “Eldemar Construction”, Denis Tafilin. Ndërsa në vitin 2024, si administrator të kompanisë ka emëruar Gëzim Hasën. Të dy këta persona në vitin 2016 kanë qenë të arrestuar nga autoritetet në Itali për përpunim dhe shitjet të heroinës.

Gëzim Hasa që ishte drejtues i këtij grupi dhe Denis Tafili kanë qenë ish-policë në Tiranë.

Ky është një rast i pastër se si një pronar kompanie i lidhur me trafikun e drogës, përfiton leje ndërtimi nga qeveria.

Ervis Doçi, një emër i njohur i botës së krimit, më herët ka qenë dënuar për trafik droge. “Visi i Pojës” është një personazh i njohur për drejtësinë shqiptare, pasi një vit më parë në banesën e tij u zhvilluan kontrolle dhe iu sekuestruan 3 mln euro cash ndërkohë që SPAK lëshoi dhe një urdhër-arrest.

Gjatë operacioni “Ura”, nën sekuestro është vendosur shoqëria “Marquez” e Ervin Zeqirit, “Felix Vinum” e Adi Çobës, “Majestic Konstruksion” e Juxhin Drazhit, “Portside” e Elvis Doçit, i njohur si (Visi Pojës), “Dubai Inn” e Nexhmedin Danajt, “Vlora Cable” po ashtu e Nexhmedin Danajt, si dhe një kompani tregtare për shitblerje makinash në pronësi të Olgert Shqevit.

Operacioni “Ura” parashikon ekzekutimin e vendimeve për sekuestrimin e pasurive në Shqipëri dhe në Itali, që përfshijnë pasuri të luajtshme dhe të paluajtshme, me një vlerë prej disa miliona eurosh, si dhe urdhra për arrest me burg, të lëshuara nga gjyqtari hetues i Barit dhe nga Gjykata e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar në Tiranë, ndaj 52 personave të dyshuar për përfshirje në trafik ndërkombëtar të sasive të mëdha të lëndëve narkotike, pastrim parash dhe shpërdorim detyre. /albeu.com/

The investigation of Albeu.com, states that rhe company that owns the hotel is called “Rock of Kavaja” Shpk with Business No: M41922504K, while according to the register of National Center of Business (QKB), the company “Eldemar Construction” is not the only owner of the hotel. According to official documents of the National Center of Business (QKB) (see photo below), Nadir Çausholli’s company “CFO PHARMA”, whose main offices were the target of an armed attack on March 19 of this year, is a shareholder with 60% of the shares in this activity, while Elvis Doç’s company owns 40% of the shares.

The permit granted for the joint hotel of Elvis Doçi and Nadir Çausholli was signed by the National Council of Territory (KKT), which is headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, while a check of the public documents of “Eldemar Construction” owned by Ervis Doçi at QKB shows that the administrators of this company are also names that have been involved in the trafficking of narcotics and arrested by the Italian authorities.

In 2010, Doçi appointed Denis Tafili as a representative of “Eldemar Construction”. While in 2024, he appointed Gëzim Hasa as the company’s administrator. Both of these people were arrested by the authorities in Italy in 2016 for processing and selling heroin.

Gëzim Hasa, who was the leader of this group, and Denis Tafili were former police officers in Tirana.

This is a clear case of how a company owner linked to drug trafficking receives a building permit from the albanian government.

Elvis Doçi, a well-known name in the criminal world, has previously been convicted of drug trafficking. “Visi i Pojës” is a well-known character in Albanian justice, after a year ago his apartment was searched and 3 million euros in cash were seized, while SPAK issued an arrest warrant.

During the “Ura” operation, the following companies were seized: Ervin Zeqiri’s “Marquez”, Adi Çoba’s “Felix Vinum”, Juxhin Drazhi’s “Majestic Konstruksion”, Elvis Doçi’s “Portside”, also known as (Visi Pojës), Nexhmedin Danaj’s “Dubai Inn”, Nexhmedin Danaj’s “Vlora Cable”, as well as a car trading company owned by Olgert Shqevi.

Operation “Bridge-URA” foresees the execution of decisions for the seizure of assets in Albania and Italy, which include movable and immovable assets, worth several million euros, as well as orders for arrest in prison, issued by the investigating judge of Bari and by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, against 52 persons suspected of involvement in international trafficking of large quantities of narcotics, money laundering and abuse of office. /albeu.com/
