He said the symbolic march will begin in Shkodra and head toward the capital. As for how it will be organized, he said he would provide details later.

Among other things, Toçi called for the government to step down as soon as possible.

“We are more than 300 Albanians from London. From Shkodra we will come toward Tirana. I have been working in Great Britain for 13 years, and we have protested every weekend in front of the Embassy in London. This is a protest for a better future, this government has failed.

It is a protest because the diaspora and Albanians have extraordinary dissatisfaction, we are here to return Albania to Albanians. I regret the conflict, anything can happen, but this is the responsibility of the government.

The government must respond.

Ndër të tjera, Toçi kërkoi largimin e qeverisë sa më parë.

“Jemi mbi 300 shqiptarë nga Londra. Nga Shkodra do të vijmë drejt Tiranës. Punoj prej 13 vitesh në Britaninë e Madhe, kemi protestuar çdo fundjavë para Ambasadës në Londër. Kjo është një protestë për një të ardhme më të mirë, kjo qeveri ka dështuar.

Është një protestë sepse diaspora dhe shqiptarët kanë një pakënaqësi të jashtëzakonshme, jemi këtu për t’ju rikthyer Shqipërinë shqiptarëve. Më vjen keq për konfliktin, gjithçka mund të ndodhë, por kjo është përgjegjësi e qeverisë.
Qeveria duhet të reagojë.

Do të jemi aktiv gjithmonë, nesër do të kemi protestë më Londër, grupi tjetër është atje. Kjo është një protestë madhështore, ndryshe nga PD dhe PS ku janë gjakosur njerëz, s’kemi thyer asnjë xham. Duhet të jemi të bashkuar, ka mbaruar koha e partive, është koha e shqiptarëve”.
