Alliance Chairman Ardian Gjini wished the new members of the Assembly success on the occasion of today’s constitutive session, singling out the Alliance’s parliamentary group in particular.

He described the new mandate as a major responsibility toward every citizen who placed their trust in them, while expressing confidence that the Alliance team will strongly represent reason, development and stability during this legislature.

Gjini stressed that the Alliance’s position has been and remains clear and transparent.

“I wish all members of the Assembly productive work and much success in today’s constitutive session, especially our group of Alliance MPs!

Albin Kurti, acting prime minister of Kosovo, has sent congratulations to Andy Burnham on his appointment as head of the United Kingdom government.

In a message published on platform X, Kurti stressed the willingness to further deepen relations between the two executives in sectors of mutual importance.

“I sincerely wish success to the new prime minister of the United Kingdom, Andy Burnham. I am enthusiastic to continue the solid partnership between our governments,” Kurti wrote.

He noted that a priority of this cooperation will be boosting trade and investments, as well as strengthening coordination in the sphere of security and defense of democratic values.

“I look forward to advancing our joint work in stimulating trade and investments, safeguarding democracy in the face of Russia’s malicious interference and its proxies in Southeastern Europe, and expanding cooperation and synchronization between the Kosovo Security Force and the British Armed Forces,” Kurti’s message concluded.

In a message shared on the social network X, the head of Kosovar diplomacy offered his congratulations for success in the exercise of his duties and emphasized the willingness to coordinate efforts to deepen relations between Pristina and Brussels.

“Congratulations Dirk Schübel on your appointment as the European Union Special Representative in the Republic of Kosovo. I wish you success in your new mandate and look forward to working together to further strengthen the partnership between Kosovo and the EU,” Konjufca wrote.
