As a result of the investigation, four suspected perpetrators have been identified, all with previous criminal records for crimes against the person.

The circumstances of yesterday’s incident have been clarified, and 4 suspected perpetrators in the attempted murder by firearm of a 35-year-old man have been identified.

Two of them have been arrested, while 2 others have been declared wanted (all four have criminal records for crimes against the person).

One of the main perpetrators was placed in handcuffs just minutes after the incident, following uninterrupted pursuit by the Police.

Three vehicles and 6 mobile phones were seized.

Following intensive investigative actions carried out by specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes at the Korça Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the services of the Pogradec Police Station, under the direction of the Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korça, to clarify the circumstances of the incident that occurred yesterday in neighborhood no. 3, Pogradec, where a 35-year-old man was shot in the leg, 4 suspected perpetrators of the incident were identified, all four with criminal records for crimes against the person.

Two of them, citizens N. A., 24, resident of the village of Buçimas, and D. P., 30, resident of neighborhood no. 1, Pogradec, were arrested, while the other 2, citizens M. B., 40, resident of neighborhood no. 2, Pogradec, and E. A., 22, resident of the village of Buçimas, were declared wanted.

Investigations suspect that these individuals, due to previous conflicts with citizen B. S., 35, tried to kill him by shooting at him with a firearm while he was in his vehicle, parked in neighborhood no. 3, Pogradec.

One of the main perpetrators was located and arrested only a few minutes after the incident, as a result of the immediate response and uninterrupted pursuit by Police services.

During the investigative actions, 3 vehicles and 6 mobile phones were seized as material evidence.

The 35-year-old remains under doctors’ care.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korça for further action, for the criminal offenses of “Premeditated murder,” committed in cooperation, remaining at the attempted stage, and “Unauthorized possession and manufacture of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition.”

Në vijim të veprimeve intensive hetimore të kryera nga specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Rënda të DVP Korçë, në bashkëpunim me shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Pogradec, nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për zbardhjen e rrethanave të ngjarjes së ndodhur dje, në lagjen nr. 3, Pogradec, ku u plagos me armë zjarri, në këmbë, një 35-vjeçar, u identifikuan 4 autorët e dyshuar të ngjarjes, të katërt me precedent penal për krime kundër personit.

2 prej tyre, shtetasit N. A., 24 vjeç, banues në fshatin Buçimas, dhe D. P., 30 vjeç, banues në lagjen nr. 1, Pogradec, u vunë në pranga, ndërsa 2 të tjerët, shtetasit M. B., 40 vjeç, banues në lagjen nr. 2, Pogradec, dhe E. A., 22 vjeç, banues në fshatin Buçimas, u shpallën në kërkim.

Nga hetimet dyshohet se këta shtetas, për shkak të konflikteve të mëparshme me shtetasin B. S., 35 vjeç, kanë tentuar ta vrasin atë duke e qëlluar me armë zjarri, gjatë kohës që ai ndodhej në automjetin e tij, të parkuar në lagjen nr. 3, Pogradec.

Njëri prej autorëve kryesorë u lokalizua dhe u arrestua vetëm pak minuta pas ngjarjes, si rezultat i reagimit të menjëhershëm dhe ndjekjes së pandërprerë nga shërbimet e Policisë.

Gjatë veprimeve hetimore u sekuestruan, në cilësinë e provës materiale, 3 automjete dhe 6 aparate celularë.

35-vjeçari vijon të jetë në kujdesin e mjekëve.

Materialet procedurale iu referuan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme, për veprat penale “Vrasja me paramendim”, kryer në bashkëpunim, mbetur në tentativë, dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”.

According to police, Agolli was arrested while trying to flee in a van toward Prrenjas, immediately after abandoning his vehicle in the Qafë-Thana area. Another person who was accompanying him was also detained.

The incident occurred in Neighborhood No. 3 of Pogradec, where Brian Syzo was shot in the leg. He is in hospital and is reported to be out of danger, although he has a criminal record.

Police are continuing their investigation to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and the motive behind the conflict.
