This Saturday, footage was released of the SPAK operation carried out in Shkoder, showing the arrest of 50-year-old Bledar Cafi, who was considered a person posing a high risk to society.

According to the police statement, Cafi was arrested in the early hours of this morning inside his home in Shkoder. A large number of police officers took part in the operation.

He faces charges of “Trafficking in narcotic substances,” committed in cooperation and as part of a structured criminal group, as well as the criminal offenses of “Structured criminal group” and “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group.”

As part of the same operation, Endrit, alias Indrit Dokle, has also been declared wanted. He was not found at home during the intervention, while the police continue their efforts to locate and apprehend him.

Në kuadër të të njëjtit operacion, është shpallur në kërkim edhe Endrit alias Indrit Dokle. Ai nuk u gjet në banesë gjatë ndërhyrjes, ndërsa Policia vijon punën për lokalizimin dhe kapjen e tij.
