While the people stand in the square against corruption and arrogance, Edi Rama is adding more luxury to his own office. Amid insults and labels directed at the young people who have filled the squares, in his latest appearance Rama declared that he was listening and taking note of some of the demands. The main reason that has driven people to protest remains corruption and arrogance, as well as the way the country’s budget and assets are treated as if they were Edi Rama’s private property.

The main cause of the revolt in the squares is poverty and the inability of most people to cope with the unchecked luxury of government officials. And it is precisely to this demand that Edi Rama is responding in this way. The works seen in the photos are taking place in the lobby of the Prime Minister’s Office and are considered extremely costly. They amount to hundreds of thousands of euros. Meanwhile, for 36 days protests have been held outside his office, while the autocrat has his attention focused on personal luxury.

This clearly shows the gap between the words and actions of a corrupt autocrat. After using taxpayers’ money to build a private garden costing more than 4 million euros for relaxation, now Edi Rama is spending several hundred thousand more euros on the lobby of his office… Madness!!! He has no connection whatsoever to the daily concerns of citizens. He does not care that hospitals lack beds and medicines. His attention is focused only on privileges and pharaonic spending. Edi Rama does not deserve to remain in office for even one more day. He is showing contempt for Albanians at every moment of his time as Prime Minister.

Ndërsa populli qëndron në shesh kundër korrupsionit dhe arrogancës, Edi Rama po shton luksin në zyrën e vet. Mes fyerjeve dhe etiketimeve ndaj të rinjve që kanë mbushur sheshet, në daljen e fundit Rama deklaroi se po dëgjonte dhe po shënonte disa prej kërkesave. Shkaku kryesor që i ka shtyrë njerëzit në protestë mbetet korrupsioni dhe arroganca, si dhe mënyra se si buxheti dhe pasuritë e vendit trajtohen sikur të ishin pronë private e Edi Ramës.

Shkaku kryesor i revoltës në sheshe është varfëria dhe pamundësia e shumicës së njerëzve përballë luksit të pakontrolluar të qeveritarëve. Dhe pikërisht kësaj kërkese Edi Rama po i përgjigjet në këtë mënyrë. Punimet që shihen në foto po zhvillohen në hollin e Kryeministrisë dhe vlerësohen si tepër të kushtueshme. Ato kapin shifrën e qindra mijë eurove. Ndërkohë që prej 36 ditësh protestohet para zyrës së tij, autokrati e ka të përqendruar vëmendjen te luksi personal.

Kjo tregon qartë dallimin mes fjalëve dhe veprimeve të një autokrati të korruptuar. Pasi me paratë e taksapaguesve ndërtoi një kopsht privat me kosto mbi 4 milionë euro, për të pushuar, tani Edi Rama po shpenzon edhe disa qindra mijë euro të tjera për hollin e zyrës së tij… Çmenduri!!! Ai nuk ka asnjë lidhje me shqetësimet e përditshme të qytetarëve. Nuk i intereson që në spitale mungojnë shtretërit dhe ilaçet. Vëmendjen e ka vetëm te privilegjet dhe shpenzimet faraonike. Edi Rama nuk e meriton të qëndrojë asnjë ditë më shumë në detyrë. Ai po i përbuz shqiptarët në çdo çast të qëndrimit të tij si Kryeministër.
