Prime Minister Edi Rama has begun his holiday on the coast of Dhërmi, where he was seen with his family. In footage shared on social media, the prime minister is seen cruising in a rigid inflatable boat in the waters of southern Albania.

Earlier today, the head of government was filmed taking a ride in a rigid inflatable boat off Dhërmi beach. The videos, in which Rama is seen wearing a hat and sunglasses, were published by “Antidroga,” one of the pages that has been most active in connection with the citizens’ protests.

The prime minister appears relaxed as he enjoys the sea with his wife, while two young children can also be seen on the speedboat.

Meanwhile, the 66th consecutive protest is taking place in Tirana today, calling for Rama’s removal.

Although it has been stated several times during the protests that the prime minister had been forced to change his holiday plans because of them, the footage shows that, following the end of the parliamentary session, he has begun his summer break.
