“Ka një muaj që ka lindur një shpresë e madhe. Qytetarët dhe rinia janë ngritur për të shporrur këtë regjim, aty ku e lamë në vitin 1991. Janë këta të rinj që jetojnë këtu, në diasporë, që mezi presin të çlirohen nga ky sistem korruptiv, të rrëzohet kjo kastë korruptive që po mban peng zhvillimin e vendit.

Shqipëria është e mbushur me talente. Me njerëz të talentuar në çdo fushë dhe janë ata që do marrin fatet e vendit në dorë. Sot Gjermania është në krah të shqiptarëve. Për herë të dytë ambasadori gjerman në Shqipëri ka riafirmuar rëndësinë e protestës si e drejtë demokratike”, deklaroi Tepelena.

Sipas tij, një nga shenjat më të rëndësishme të kësaj proteste është largimi i frikës për të dalë në shesh. Ai paralajmëroi gjithashtu se në shtator pritet një zgjerim i lëvizjes, pas punës që po zhvillohet me grupet e interesit.

“Sa i përket arritjeve të protestës, u vra frika e protestës, pak kohë më parë nuk protestohej për asgjë. U rizgjua shoqëria. Deri para një muaji të flisje me Ramën ishte i plotfuqishëm, ishte një ‘BabaZot’, ishte i plotfuqishëm sepse kishte hapur të gjithë hallkat. Sot është i diskretituar në sytë e shqiptarëve pasi të majtë e të djathtë vijnë çdo ditë në shesh, ndërsa mediat botërore hapen me tituj për atë që po ndodh në Shqipëri dhe korrupsionin e qeverisë.

Protesta është e qendrueshme, nuk ka asgjë që të na trembë. Në shtator do të ketë organizim më të madh, jemi në kontakt me grupet e interesit dhe pedagogët e universiteteve. Po punojmë për zgjerimin e grupeve të interesit. Në shtator presim shumëfishim të protestës”, u shpreh ai.

The situation became tense; we were sitting peacefully. But those ministers wanted to eat, they were hungry, and they sent the police against us. It is shameful that scum like them are at the head of Parliament. We are the most peaceful citizens. We are pro-European and pro-Western. We must not fall for Taulant Balla’s provocations.

We distance ourselves from every kind of violence. The police should have joined the Albanian people. I have this message for SPAK as well. Enough is enough! Enough is enough! The people have come out for justice! They have not come out to commit violence against institutions! They are paid with Albanian taxpayers’ money,” he said.

Gjatë një prononcimi për mediat, ai kërkoi ndërhyrjen e ambasadës amerikane, pasi sipas tij kjo përbën një situatë alarmante.

Ai tha se situata u tensionua, pasi ministrat donin të largoheshin për të konsumuar drekën dhe përdorën policinë si mjet për të larguar protestesit.

Aktivisti Tepelena u shpreh se policia duhet të bashkohej me popullin shqiptar, pasi ai ka dalë për drejtësi, jo për të bërë dhunë ndaj institucioneve.

“Taulant Balla është një bandit që i ka bërë thirrje policisë të ushtrojë dhunë ndaj qytetarëve paqësore. I bëj thirrje ambasadë amerikane të ndërhyjë urgjent. Situata është tensionuar ishim ulur në mënyrë paqësorë. Por ata ministrat donin të hanin bukë i kishte kapur uria dhe ndërsynë policinë ndaj nesh. Është turp që në krye të Parlamentit janë një llum si ata. Jemi qytetarët më paqësore. Jemi Proevropiane e properëndimore. Nuk duhet të biem në provokimet e Taulant Ballës.

Ne distancohemi nga çdo lloj dhune. Policia duhet të bashkohej me popullin shqiptar. Këtë e kam edhe për SPAK-un. Boll është boll! Mjaft është mjaft! Populli ka dalë për drejtësi! S’ka dalë për të bërë dhunë ndaj institucioneve! Paguhen nga taksat e shqiptarëve”, tha ai.
