The body of 25-year-old Ana Dyrmishi arrived in Durrës today from Turkey. The young woman died from severe injuries she sustained in the tragic fire at the “Brooklyn” hotel on Vlora’s Lungomare on August 16.

The 25-year-old had gone on vacation to Vlora with her fiancé, Arnaldo, but everything turned into a nightmare for them.

She suffered burns to around 85% of her body. After receiving treatment in Albania, the 25-year-old was sent to Turkey, where doctors fought for her life for days. But her injuries were too severe, and Ana did not make it.

Her fiancé, Arnaldo Kaçorri, was also seriously injured in the fire. With around 35% of his body burned, he is in Italy, where he is continuing his medical treatment.

Family members, friends and relatives will accompany Ana to her final resting place today.

Ajo pësoi djegie në rreth 85% të trupit. Pas trajtimit në Shqipëri, 25-vjeçarja u dërgua në Turqi, ku mjekët luftuan për ditë me radhë për jetën e saj. Por, plagët ishin shumë të rënda dhe Ana nuk mundi t’ia dilte.

Edhe Arnaldo Kaçorri, i fejuari i saj, mbeti i plagosur rëndë në zjarr. Me rreth 35% të trupit të djegur, ai ndodhet në Itali, ku po vijon trajtimin mjekësor.

Familjarët, miqtë dhe të afërmit do ta përcjellin Anën sot për në banesën e fundit.

However, despite the efforts of medical staff, her condition remained critical.

Ana lived with her family in the Shkozet area of Durrës. Her death has deepened the family’s grief, as they first faced the serious health consequences and now the loss of her life.

The incident occurred in the early hours of August 16, when the “Brooklyn” hotel was engulfed in flames. Six people were injured, while several of them escaped the building via balconies to flee the fire.

E reja kishte pësuar djegie në rreth 85% të trupit. Fillimisht ajo u trajtua në Shqipëri, ndërsa më pas u dërgua në Turqi për kujdes të specializuar mjekësor.

Megjithatë, pavarësisht përpjekjeve të bluzave të bardha, gjendja e saj mbeti kritike.

Ana jetonte së bashku me familjen në zonën e Shkozetit në Durrës. Vdekja e saj ka shtuar dhimbjen e familjarëve, të cilët u përballën fillimisht me pasojat e rënda shëndetësore dhe tashmë me humbjen e jetës së saj.

Ngjarja ndodhi në orët e para të mëngjesit të 16 gushtit, kur hoteli “Brooklyn” u përfshi nga flakët. Si pasojë, gjashtë persona mbetën të plagosur, ndërsa disa prej tyre u larguan nga godina përmes ballkoneve për t’i shpëtuar zjarrit.
