According to him, the agreement aims to deepen the link between public institutions and the academic world, creating space for students, academic staff and university experts to contribute to the implementation of the ministry’s projects.

“We signed the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Infrastructure and the University of Prishtina. With this memorandum, we paved the way for strengthening cooperation between public institutions and the academic world,” Basha wrote.

He said that the knowledge, experience and professional potential coming from the university will help advance infrastructure policies and projects for the benefit of citizens.

Basha expressed thanks to the rector of the University of Prishtina, Arben Hajrullahu, as well as to QILT director Arta Basha-Jakupi, for their cooperation and commitment throughout this process.

According to the acting minister, this memorandum marks an important step toward bringing state institutions closer to the academic community, with the aim of developing infrastructure projects based on professional expertise and scientific research.
