According to information from Tirana Police, at around 7:10 a.m., officers at the Farkë Police Station were notified that a woman was suspected of having thrown herself into the lake.

Immediately after receiving the report, RENEA divers were deployed and began searching the lake’s waters. At around 9:00 a.m., they recovered the body of the woman, identified by the initials M. T., aged around 45.

An investigative team arrived at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances and legally document the case.
