After standing for several minutes in Skanderbeg Square, the crowd of protesters continued marching toward the Prime Minister’s Office.

The protesters, who were carrying flags, said that the country is being governed by an anti-national government.

During the protest, citizens accused those in power of having created two realities: one for themselves, where they live in luxurious conditions, and another for ordinary Albanians, who face major economic difficulties.

Among the protesters’ chants were “Oh Erion, you scoundrel, stop Rama, he’s coming” and “Revolution.”

Meanwhile, their placards carried messages such as “Resign” and “You steal in hospitals, you steal from pensions, you steal without a shred of shame, pilaf in orphanages.”

Protestuesit, që mbanin flamuj në duar, deklaruan se vendi drejtohet nga një qeveri antikombëtare.

Gjatë protestës, qytetarët hodhën akuza ndaj pushtetarëve, të cilët sipas tyre kanë ndërtuar dy realitete: një për veten, ku jetojnë në kushte luksi, dhe një tjetër për shqiptarët e zakonshëm, që përballen me vështirësi të mëdha ekonomike.

Në mesin e thirrjeve të protestuesve u dëgjuan edhe “O Erion o legen, prite Ramën se po vjen” dhe “Revolucion”.

Ndërkohë, në pankartat e tyre ishin shkruar mesazhe si “Jep dorëheqjen” dhe “Ju vidhni në spitale, ju vidhni në pensione, ju vidhni pa pikë turpi, pilaf në jetimore”.
